Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For handmade items, processing times may be longer due to production needs. If your order is a gift, please contact us to ensure it arrives on time.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, especially for handmade items. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on the destination and the selected shipping method.
3. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and local transportation restrictions.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact us.
International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package using the provided link.
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped with Correos de España. For international shipments, it is normal for tracking information to be limited or stop updating once the package leaves Spain. Updates will generally only appear once the package reaches customs in your country, is pending delivery, or has been delivered.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, or customs. However, we are always available to help you manage any issues or assist in obtaining more information about your shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and details of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
7. Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
