Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we take great care to ensure that every item is packaged and shipped securely. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order:
Eligible Refunds (Full Order + Shipping)
Refunds, including shipping costs, are only available if:
- The order arrives damaged or incorrect (a photo must be provided as proof).
- The order is lost during transit (this must be officially confirmed by the shipping company).
Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction
If you are simply not satisfied with your item, you may return it. In this case:
- Only the cost of the item will be refunded (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- The buyer must cover the return shipping costs.
- A refund will only be issued once we have received the returned item in its original condition.
Timeframe for Claims
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to notify us of any issues. After this period, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
