Aegishjalmur Handcrafted Carob Wood Pendant - Viking Necklace
Aegishjalmur Handcrafted Carob Wood Pendant - Viking Necklace
Aegishjalmur is an ancient Icelandic symbol used by warriors to strike fear into the hearts of their enemies on the battlefield. It is also famously known as the Helm of Awe or the Terror Spell.
This pendant has been hand-burned (pyrography) on carob wood sourced from dead branches and forest pruning found in the fields and forests of Southern Spain.
The carob tree is a typical Mediterranean species, known for its great hardness and beautiful reddish grain.
